LEARN MORE ABOUT REACH CONFERENCE ‘23

If you have landed on this page, that means you are interested in learning more about REACH Conference happening November 16th-18th! We are so excited to see what God is going to do through the lives of every student during this conference.

As a parent or guardian, we want to give you all the information for this conference as you are entrusting our One YTH staff and leadership team with your child. We don't take this responsibility lightly. So here below, you will see all the information you should need as a family in preparation for Reach Conference '23.

PACKING LIST:

  • Bible & Notebook

  • Pen

  • 3-4 full sets of clothing

  • Athletic shoes and more casual sneakers

  • Pajamas

  • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

  • Backpack or drawstring bag for each day

  • Money for food/merch

  • Phone charger

HOTEL INFORMATION:

We will be staying at A LOCAL HOTEL IN YOUNGSTOWN. UPON REGISTRATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A LINK TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR THE HOTEL.

TRANSPORTATION:

For transportation, we will be using a combination of 15 passenger vans and also some of our One YTH staff & team will be driving their own personal vehicles and students.


DROP-OFF:

Will be from 2-3pm on Thursday 11/16. We will be leaving the One Church campus AT 3pm on Thursday. Address is 817 N Hamilton RD, Gahanna, OH.


PICK-UP:

We will be arriving back from the conference at One Church by 7pm on Saturday. Address is 817 N Hamilton RD, Gahanna, OH.


LUNCH OPTIONS FRIDAY & SATURDAY:

We are asking every family to choose the on-campus lunch options for Friday and Saturday.

It is $10 per day, and if you haven't already signed up for these lunches, you can sign-up through the same page as registration.

The deadline for purchasing these lunches is November 1st.

DINNER ON THURSDAY & FRIDAY NIGHT:

For dinner on Thursday night, we will be making a quick Sheetz food stop after the After Party to eat a late dinner, and then will be heading back to the hotel.

For dinner on Friday starting at 4pm, we will be travelling collectively as One YTH to a nearby fast food restaurant located close to Victory Christian Center. 

We are asking each family to supply their student with an adequate amount of money to pay for these two food stops.

  • 3:00P LEAVE ONE CHURCH CAMPUS

  • 5:00p Registration Begins

  • 8:00p Night Service

  • 10:00p After Party

  • 11:00p Sheetz Food Stop (One YTH specific)

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 17th

  • 9:30A LEAVE FOR VICTORY CHURCH

  • 10:30a Morning Service

  • 11:30a Lunch (option to purchase closes November 1)

  • 12:30p Afternoon Session

  • 2:00p Breakout Session 1

  • 4:00p Dinner (on your own) - *Students pay for their own dinner, we will all travel together as One YTH*

  • 7:00p Night Service

  • 9:00p After Party

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 18th

  • 10:00A LEAVE FOR VICTORY CHURCH

  • 11:00a Morning Service

  • 12:00p Lunch (option to purchase closes November 1)

  • 1:00p Breakout Session 2

  • 2:00p Closing Service

  • 4:00p Dismissal
