At One Church, our mission is to reach a disconnected culture. In many cases and areas of life, the special needs community falls right in line with that mission. Our hope and heart is to reach this community, allow them to feel welcome and at home, along with sharing the love of Jesus with each individual that we encounter.
So, how are we reaching the special needs community?
making space for our community
We desire to lead the way in providing sensory spaces and special needs experiences that make people feel seen, known and loved. As a part of our Next Is Now expansion project, we’ll be renovating and adding on a sensory space within our bulding. This addition will allow this community to meet together throughout the week and have a special space designed to meet their needs each weekend.
