Production Director
The One Church Weekend Services Team is looking for a passionate, talented, and motivated Production Director to join our One Church team! One Church has been going exponentially and is in the process of moving into a brand new, state of the art 1,500 seat auditorium in early 2026. This person would be coming into a role that is setup for success with professional AVL systems, and a dedicated team of 100+ servant leaders. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring weekday and weekend availability to accommodate our weekend services.

+ Role Overview
The Production Director is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of production for weekend services, events, and special programs. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership skills to ensure that the church's message and worship experiences are effectively communicated to those attending in-person and online. The Production Director plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and worshipful environment, enabling the church to fulfill its mission and vision.
+ Top 3 Job Duties
Weekend Service Execution - Produce excellent experiences both online and in-person
Teams & Systems - Establish and execute plans that allow the team to grow in quality & quantity, as well as develop support systems to lead & care for the team spiritually
Expansion Support - Support Operations Team, Weekend Services Team, and Lead Pastor in planning and implementation of new auditorium space
+ Role Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and mobilize people to play a role on the Production Team
Manage the set-up, connection, implementation, and teardown of all AVL equipment from load-into load-out used for services or special events
Weekend service planning and execution
SZNal stage designs as needed
Maintenance of all production equipment
+ Role Proficiencies
Asana (or similar project management systems) Team building and leading
Chroma-Q VistaProPresenter & Pro Video Player softwares Blackmagic ATEM software knowledge
Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Sheets, Drive, Slides Calendar, Gmail)
Planning Center (or other church management system)
Technical knowledge to execute stage design changes (Design, DMX distribution, rigging)
+ Other Responsibilities
Have the ability to communicate effectively and promptly, both verbally and in writing. Utilize task management software effectively
Be proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Have an attitude of continuous learning and mastering design craft
Have the ability to work within a highly collaborative environment and receive feedback well
