Guest Experience Director
The Guest Experience Director will further the gospel and vision at One Church by creating an environment where all guests feel welcome, seen, and loved. As part of the Connections department, The GE Director would be responsible for casting vision, onboarding new team members, as well as developing and onboarding new team leaders. The GE Director is always improving systems, structure, and strategy to better grow the team as well as creatively better the guest experience. They will also oversee all the communications, scheduling, leader development, and strategy.

People Management
Recruiting - Creatively develop ways to recruit new team members to the team Measurement 2: Onboarding (servant leaders and point leaders) - Onboard new GE servant leaders
Team Health - Ensuring the GE Team and Team Engagement is healthy
Leadership Direction
Vision - Create the vision with the help of the Connections Director
Team Training - Plan and execute team and leader training
Processes and Procedures - Creating and updating procedures and processes
Weekend Execution
Schedule / Staffing oversight - Ensuring that the GE Team is staffed weekly
Communication- Consistent communication with team and leaders
Additional Responsibilities
Provide leadership, creativity, and vision to relevant ministries in support of welcoming, irresistible
environmentsYou’ll implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, leader meetings, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.
Develop relevant Guest Experience policies and procedures, establish and implement quality standards, and ensure consistent delivery every weekend across multiple campuses
Develop and maintain schedules that ensure adequate staffing in all Guest Experience teams; this includes weekends and some special events.
Creating environments and systems to CARE for each person on the GE team.
Manage all Planning Center workflows to grow the Guest Experience Team, as well as workflows such as staff cards and champions.
Being creative to help remove lids that are directly related to Guest Experience.
Ability to work some weeknights or off days when there are Church or Connections Events
Role qualifications:
2+ Years of Leadership Experience
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Strong Leadership skills (leading leaders, developing systems, and leading meetings consistently)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while consistently making sound, critical decisions under pressure
Great attention to detail and time-management skills
Role Proficiencies (Skills In Your Bag)
Asana (or similar project management systems)
Adobe Suite (Entry Level)
Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Sheets, Drive, Slides Calendar, Gmail)
Canva
