Care Coordinator

The One Church Care Team is looking for someone to support the Care Pastor in accomplishing the weekly goals of this ministry leader. The focus of this role is to provide weekday administrative support including scheduling, communication, follow-up with those receiving care and with the One Church staff.

Top 3 Job Duties:

  1. Project Management

    • Weekly, SZNal and monthly organization of projects from start to end

    • Daily Supervision and execution of ministry workflows and asana projects

    • Organization with teams and staff to organize care ministry meetings

  2. Communication

    • External: Respond to all care request with 0-48 Hour response time

    • Internal: Weekly communication and follow up with care leaders

    • Interpersonal: Daily communication and Weekly 2 hour TB with Care Pastor 

  3. Systems

    1. Planning Center Workflow mgmt for giving and receiving care

    2. Weekly Care Dashboard sent each Monday to Care Pastor

    3. Feedback Form reviews that evaluate workflow management

    4. Support in management of church email, asana and calendar of the Care Pastor.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Support in management of church email, asana and calendar of the Care Pastor.

  • Prepare internal communication to Care teams and leaders with direction from the Care Pastor.

  • Facilitate personal schedule and details of an event where the Care Pastor is responsible to attend. 

  • Works closely with other department teammates and ministry coordinators to efficiently support the Cares ministry. 

  • Maintain consistent touch points with Care Pastor to discuss upcoming projects and calendar forecasting.

Personal Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a growing walk with the Lord through consistent prayer and the study of scripture.

  • Be a faithful steward of your finances (including tithes and offerings).
